- Measure the internal diameter of the ring (in mm).
- Use the chart below to determine your ring size.

- Wrap an unstretchable ribbon or strip of paper around your finger where you'd like your ring to be.
- Make sure that the ribbon or paper is pulled tightly to your finger (not too tight), just as a ring would fit.
- Mark the spot where the ribbon or paper meets and measure the distance with a ruler (in mm).
- Use the chart below to determine your ring size.
